We have all brands including Canon bubble jet cartridges, compatible Cannon ink cartridge refills, genuine Epson ink cartridges and compatible Epsom ink cartridges. We stock a full range of Hewlett Packard (HP) inkjet printer cartridges but having had some problems with compatible or generic Hewlett Packard (HP) ink cartridges we have decided to only stock genuine HP cartridges. However, when it comes to laser toner cartridges we stock genuine HP laser toner as well as a range of remanufactured laser toner cartridges. We have printer ink refills for the cartridges which do not have a compatible ink cartridge alternative, this is mainly where the original ink cartridge has a print head as part of the cartridge. A.  Prices are subjet to change not withstanding the fact that they are displayed on the web site. Although every endeavour is made to ensure prices are maintained sometimes they become volotile and subject to frequent fluctuations.

Q.  Check the Make and Model of your machine and see the Compatiblity Guide. Q.  How do I know which refill or compatible cartridge fits my machine ? A.  Refills have a code similar to or the same as the genuine cartridge code with "-RF" on the end.  Compatible cartridges have a code the same as the genuine cartridge code with "-C" on the end. Q.  Why do some cartridges have compatible alternatives and some don't ? A.  As a general rule of thumb, cartridges that are just ink tanks are able to be replicated without breaching patents, but when the cartridge has a printhead as an integral part of it, patents often apply and compatibles are not produced. Q.  How do I save money if there is not a compatible cartridge for my machine ? A.  There are refills to suit many cartridges that don't have a compatible alternative. Q.  Are Compatible cartridges exactly the same as the Genuine products ? A.  Not necessarily, manufacturers of compatible products obviously strive to make there cartridges as good as the original brands, however they may not use exactly the same formula and therefore differences in printing could be experienced particularly when using specialty media or printing photographs.  We only supply compatible brands that are proven in the market place. Q.  How do I know whether to get a genuine or compatible product ? A.  This is very much a personal choice. The type of work you are doing is a major consideration as is the cost of the product.  For example, if you are printing top quality photographic work you may wish to use genine brand products, on the other hand the kids may do lots of colour printing for school which may be a good reason for using compatible products.  Having said that, we must reiterate that it is a personal choice and we do not make recommendations.  You may find that you get excellent photographic results with the cheaper alternatives. Returns/Warranty ClaimsQ.  Can I return the product if I order the wrong item ? A.  If the item is in it's original packaging and condition (has not been opened) then a refund (excluding any expenses) will be made on return of the goods. A Return Authority (RA) Number will need to be optained by completing the online returns form. Q.  What if the product is faulty ? A.  Before returning products you must ensure that you have followed this procedure.  If the cartridge does not print or prints inconsistantly carry out the head cleaning procedure as shown in your printer's user manual.  This procedure can be carried out many times and this will fix the majority of problems. All products to be returned must have a Return Authority (RA) number which can be optained by completing the online returns form. When returning faulty products please enclose a print sample to show the problem. Q.  Can I return the product if I don't like the printing result ? A.  This would only generally occur if using compatible cartridges in which case we will always advise that the result may differ from the OEM products and therefore we cannot exchange the goods.
